National Alliance Joins Consortium Health Plans as an Associate Partner

Consortium Health Plans is pleased to announce that the National Alliance Division of BlueCross® and BlueShield® of South Carolina will join Consortium as an Associate Partner Member effective January 1, 2018. Consortium recently established the Associate Partner Membership to foster greater collaboration and strategic alignment among Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Plans, Blue assets, and Consortium.

National Alliance is dedicated to helping Blue Plans service and support their large national accounts. It uses a member-centric integrated health management model with a full complement of services to proactively identify care improvement opportunities and provide appropriate health programs that improve quality of life for members while maintaining appropriate cost controls.

As an Associate Partner, National Alliance will work alongside Consortium, Blue Plans, and other partners to deliver a stronger, unified message and a broader suite of healthcare solutions – building on our historic strengths of relationship and collaboration to enhance Blue value through combined expertise, capabilities, and solutions.
